Most of the time I go (which is once a week) they NEVER have anything of the higher end makeup brands stocked. All night setting spray, tarte concealers, any 3 of the shades I use for my eyebrows it's so upsetting! The last time I went I don't think one of their associates knew I was within earshot however I did hear bad mouthing a previous customer. Unacceptable, I do however enjoy the convenience of the location. That's the only thing that's keeps me returning.

I really like this location. From my experience most of the store staff and consultants I have intereacted with have been very friendly. For the most part the store is pretty organized and I’ve rarely not found what I went in to purchase. I gave them a four star review because unfortunately they don’t always replenish their “test” products and because sometimes checking out takes a while because they don’t have enough people at the registers.

They have my shampoo and coditioner so it beats having to drive over to jc penny's for the best hair supplies.

I booked an appointment at the hair salon to get a very simple haircut (one length cut). The Hairstylist was a bit insistant on giving me layers/ framing my face/ a very cut. Which was frustrating and very uncomfortable for me. I just wanted to get my usual haircut. She also kept trying to sell me products and get me to sign up for the Ulta Credit card. There seems to be some weird tension / passive aggressive customer service going on. She seemed to get a little aggressive while working with my hair. Not going back or going to book at this location again. I had the 38$ hair cut service done because my cut is very simple. The location in Nashua, NH that I went too made me feel relaxed and confident. This second experience at the new location left me disturbed. Aside from that my hair was cut correctly but only after having to refuse the many un wanted suggestions from the Hairstylist.
