Great store and helpful staff. Love most of their gear. Have bought lots and will prob buy more. But on this occasion have to give a low rating bc not all are well manufactured. See pictures. The track pants I bought 2 months ago. There was a -tiny- thread at the top of the pocket that got caught on my nail as I pulled hand out and it left this large line across one side of the front. The track top has magnetic closure that don’t work anymore - had this top for leas than a year.
I'm having too many issues with the delivery of my products. I live in an apartment building but my package was delivered to a house. Smh! Please change your carrier Laser Ship.
Really nice stuff. Store is clean. So much to see.
Most recent visit: April 2022: Your kindness, professionalism and hospitality shown to me and my family knew no limits; bashful and in complete awe that this extreme level of service still exists today, my arms, heart and mind could just barely receive all of your graciousness. See you all again soon! Always a destination on a Boston visit! The store is a giant, fully on glam UA house with insane visuals and of course premium UA gear! Two stories of Women / Men / Children's all under one roof.
Nothing for a man over 6 feet tall. Prices on par with Lululemon but not the same quality.
Cool store with a great selection of everything Under Armour on two floors. This store feels more Times Square than Copley Square, but it works for the Prudential Center. Check out the second floor indoor balcony over Boylston St. for a cool view and the video wall going up the stairs! Also, they train their employees really well. They're super welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. They must be treated well by their employer. It was refreshing! Check it out!
Great store. Loved the giant under armor shirt in the entry. Looks like something the incredible hulk would wear. Prices were reasonable as well
A very nice store, well-kept with clean presentations. All the associates I've dealt with have been very friendly and helpful. They're there ready to answer questions, but aren't in-your-face if you don't need help. The down side is the selection of their products in the store is quite limited. While this helps to keep the store from feeling claustrophobic, it means if you're looking for a specific item to see/try on in person you should definitely call to check and see if it's there before going.
They've got great products here. No complaints, though the prices are occasionally too high. The staff was a mixed bag. The guy who helped me pick out my shoes was awesome, however the register woman was super disinterested.
