Really great experience shopping here. Jeanne was extremely helpful and always very responsive. I never felt pressured to buy anything. Our furniture arrived early and the delivery men were skilled and pleasant to work with. Would def buy from here again!

Buyer beware, United House Wreck has a major problem with fulfillment. Five months later and our dining room table and chairs order has just been completed. Without question, United House Wrecking offers a bevy of unique salvaged items and bespoke repurposed furniture. Plus mass produced furniture. My husband and I purchased a dining room Table and 6 chairs the last week on December 2. We were NOT in a huge rush to receive this before Christmas yet the owner insisted they'd try to make it happen, that it takes 3 weeks for deliver we were told. Christmas came and went and then so did New Years, MLK and so we were at the end of January. My husband called UHW and was told the table had arrived, but the chairs never did, they were lost in transit. A new rush order for chairs was put in. We went away on vacation, we came back from vacation. No one called us. My husband called again and was told the chairs where expected and someone would call to set up delivery. No one called to set up delivery. My husband called back and was told the chairs were there and that UHW was waiting for my husband to call back to set up a delivery time to which he replied, how can I do that when no one has called to tell me these items have arrived? Not to mention, the owner who my husband had talked to many times never seemed to retain a recognition of him for each of the many, many, MANY times he called about our now incredibly delayed dining room table and chairs. Finally our table and chairs that were ordered at the top of December arrived in February. A day or two later we realized one of the chairs was in fact broken. My saintly husband once again called UHW, was told they inspect everything and had trouble believing something was broken. It was broken. The fellow my husband spoke to apologized and said he'd order a new chair for us. A few weeks went by and my husband checked in and was told "it's been ordered" at the end of March, we were still without a chair, or any communication from United House Wrecking. When my husband called back leaving multiple messages his call was finally returned and he was told these deliveries take time. I think we've waiting long enough. Finally today, 4/21 we picked up the chair. While waiting for assistance we over heard the owner on the phone with what appeared to be a frustrated client. We are not alone. We couldn't be more disappointed with our buying experience, we are left with a terrible taste in our mouths and cannot imagine ever purchasing from United House Wrecking again.

You have to see it to believe it! You never know what you're gonna find there , but for sure you will be amazed. I'm just a working class stiff and I found many great deals over the years there. Things you'll never find anywhere else at fantastic prices.The people are wonderful and treat me as well as the high end buyers (at least I hope the big spenders get treated as good as me). Yes, they cover the full gamut of unique, interesting things. From reproductions to rare antiques. My wife loved everything I ever got from there. I highly recommend going there, even just to look. They never pressure you to buy.
