Mind you, it was a mess trying to get a hold of someone, but when I did Chris not only found my package for me, but made sure I knew what was happening with it. I usually have a pretty rough time dealing with this place, but today was actually a pretty nice exchange. Chris did let me know how hard it is to get a hold of them via the phone, and while I appreciate and get that; I do believe they need to find some way to have phones answered. I think USPS makes enough money annually to be able to hire a few CSRs for Pete's sake.

Don’t waste your time on calling no one ever Answers the phone .How can you be a post office but never answer the phone to help someone

The first girl who answered my call didn't identify she worked at a post office. She didn't seem to understand anything about the mail in general. Someone called me from there today to answer my question. He gave me an email address to contact him back that does not exist. And no one will answer the phone number he gave me. I just needed help.

No one ever answers the phone at this location. My package tracking says it’s been sitting at this location for a few days now. Guess I’ll have to go wait in line and deal with a grumpy clerk in person.

I have put out several notes on my mailbox for USPS to not leave any packages in the entry way of my apartment if the box doesn’t fit in the secured compartments outside. Yet they always leave them and I result in having my packages taken. They fail to even put packages in the secured compartments even when they do fit! And they never take responsibility for it. I have tried contacting them multiple times to let them know not to leave packages and they never answer. I even had another post office in the area contact them and they still won’t return my calls. Horrible customer service.
