Once again a missing package that shows delivered!! These guys really need a staffing overhaul. Nothing but problems with West Fargo post office. Last time I ordered a chair for my daughter and they put a card in my mailbox saying attempted to deliver no one home I was home all day. This time a package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and never got it, on the website says it was delivered, not the first time it’s happened.Lazy and don’t pay attention, always getting other people’s mail. Update on 5-29-18 So they never found my lost package and bought something off of Amazon was supposed to be there today, and it’s not. They obviously have a theif working for them and they don’t care

I wish I could give this a 10 star rating!!! The customer service from the counter all the way back to Teri the manager, is above expectations. They are friendly and always ready to help. Sometimes the line is long but I can only attribute that to their level of service, in that it draws people there. On more than one occasion, the staff went beyond what I expect is their “job” and helped me sort of postal issues I had with the Fargo post office. These guys seriously need recognition for exceptional service. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible that they even offer passport photos. People should bring their own photos from Walgreens or wherever. It took me over an hour to mail a package because both employees were helping families take photos and do passports. That is ridiculous. All that being said, the woman who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. I would like to thank her for being so great. It’s too bad the line gets bogged up by making the employees become photographers on the side.

For the past 4 years we have had nothing but poor customer service from the West Fargo post office - damaged packages and Christmas cards, packages that have been dropped off at the wrong apt. buildings (on more than one occasion) and brought to us by other tenants from those buildings; packages left OUTSIDE that were stolen, and then the issue of them saying we didn't reside at our residence anymore and stopped sending our mail for 4 months when we've never moved. We've called several times and the manager isn't helpful at all and is extremely rude as if we're the one's at fault for all of the issues we've had and has told us there's nothing he can do. This post office does not care about it's customers what-so-ever and is in need of some serious changes or new management.

Has to be the worst post office there is. Had mail lost, mail delivered to others and only found missing mail because of tracking, said they tried delivering when my camera system showed they did not, and today found my mail opened!
