Only. Giving 1 star because I can't give less. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now for my replacement debit card. My debit card is the only way I can get to my funds, no way to get it without the card. I call to find out where my card is, or lying to find out the post office sent it back, without every trying to deliver it. I've had to set all my bills to paperless because on multiple occasions, they haven't delivered my bills for months on end. You guys have completely screwed me over on multiple occasions, and because of you, I can't eat, or pay my bills. You guys are absolutely awful.

We sent my daughter a package. It was supposed to go to her new address that she had just moved to. She and her room mates had been in the place for 5 days, but the carrier returned it because the address looked vacant to him or her. Had to pay $12.50 again to have it resent. Hope it gets delivered this time.

Terrible experience. An important, time critical package was not attempted to be delivered in the appropriate time frame and fashion. Person to be receiving was unhappy and now it will be weeks until they can receive it. I will avoid shipping with USPS from now on as much as I can.

Not even remotely shocked to see such a low score. Leave us in line for 20 mins droning on with the other customers instead of helping and moving on. Then insult me twice , and tell me I did the package wrong and it's going to cost more . Then ask me to wait longer , when I said I don't care. I just want yo mail my package . Rude doesn't even being to describe , you over change , DON'T provide simple packaging items like labels , then yell me to wait even longer at 239. People other than you work .

Mailbox is 20 yards from the shop front (where I wanted it delivered). Was left a vague note that doesn’t tell me if they’re re delivering, or if I need to pick it up elsewhere. And of course you can’t call to find out. I hate when amazon sends things USPS because every time I have to deal with USPS I want to blow my head off.
