Debra was very rude and obviously does not like her job. I purchased an envelope to ship back a return. I had the return label that needed to be taped on the envelope. Right away she said are you going to be purchasing tape for that? I replied that I never had to purchase tape before just to stick the piece of paper on. I explained it would take me 20 minutes to go home to get tape. She was very rude and told me to go down to the end of the counter and put scotch tape on it. I had a baby in one hand and she had scotch tape right in front of her. It would have taken her 1 second to throw some tape on. I gathered my baby and an all my belongings and moved down the counter. Then she yelled out to someone else, she needs to pay for that envelope! So a nice man came out and helped me. At the end he said,” please participate in our survey.” So I said I would need the other woman’s name. She then yelled out her name and spelled it out loud and was being very condescending as if I were stupid. I told her that she made my experience there very uncomfortable and that I would never come back to that location. I told her that she had horrible customer service and she yelled out, “back at ya!” She is probably the rudest person I have ever come across and should not be in a customer service position.

To a "T" the staff is incredibly courteous - once you get to the window. The lines can be incredibly long and I agree that this office is critically TOO SMALL for the business it has. Especially around Christmas and tax day!!!!!!!!!

Small post office, very helpful staff, quite a few P.O. Boxes.

This place is too small for the traffic that comes to the location. Some of the staff are noce others just seem tired of their jobs, but everyone is helpful. Great place to go to drop 9ff your mail, you'll most likely have yo wait a little though.

Flat out rude.... hung up on me before I was finished with my requests.... bad attitude the whole way. Also didn't follow through on having package available for pick up, took off work early and still no package..... terrible!
