Every time they try and deliver to our business they say mailbox is to full or item cannot fit. I have videoed 2 times where they come to the building and put a sticker on the mailbox, they don't even open the mailbox. 1 of those times it was just an envelope being delivered to the mailbox. They don't even try and knock on our business door or come in to deliver item. We have to go to the South Provo post office every time to pick it up. Very incompetent people working at this location and their delivery people. I have now been waiting on the phone for 1 hr and 5 minutes to complain and still listening to their waiting music. Absolutely Horrible service.

They have a helpful staff and moved me through my own process and recommended cheaper ways to ship what I was shipping as well. Definitely better than most of my experiences with post offices, one of the best locations I have been too. Very pleased with their services

Hector helped me get my passport envelope ready to go. He was so helpful and kind. I was so nervous I’d miss something. Well, I did end up missing something and Hector caught it and helped me straighten it out. Thanks Hector!!

We've been waiting in this passport line for 30 minutes now and they haven't gotten through one single person. The ladies in there are taking their sweet time. Literally the slowest moving people I've seen in my life. #governmentincompetence

My postman or woman keeps delivering packages to a neighbor. Very annoying. Has happened 4 times in the last three months. I think that’s a mistake that should be fixed after the first time.
