After my scheduled pickup never happened, even though I got an email saying my packages had been picked up later that night, I've been trying to call the post office for almost an hour with a busy signal every time. I needed these packages delivered ASAP and now I can't even get ahold of anyone to figure out what to do and can't leave the house with a sick kid. Not the first time I've had issues like this. Update - 6 packages still sitting on my front porch, once again received an email saying they'd been successfully picked up. This is causing issues with my business. The last 3 scheduled pickups in a row haven't been picked up, on top of countless others in the past. When I've asked I keep getting lied to about the reasons. I've lost my high ranking status on the website I sell from and it's really hurt my sales. I can't drive 30 minutes to the post office every day between my work schedule and my kids. I don't even know why this service exists if they don't even both to do it.

My wife had sent some packages to our old address on accident and they were stuck in the lockbox. The kind lady at the counter got the tracking info and went above and beyond to find them and get them back. She then called me to tell me they had them at the office and we could come and get them. While most my visits to the post office weren't like this, I was impressed, and kudos to the nice lady.

I’m never met a group of more incompetent and rude individuals than at this USPS location. I would give zero stars if I could. The staff were rude and publicly shamed me for not knowing the tiny intricacies of how their policies worked. The clerk had major attitude towards me and her associate decided it would be appropriate to share his opinion of how I needed to educate myself with how they do things after I asked what she recommend I do in my situation. I was given even more attitude when I asked for a receipt. I don’t ship things that often, and now I’m reminded while I usually go with UPS and not these people. Absolutely the worst. I won’t be coming back here again.

More mail lost this week from multiple family members trying to get birthday cards and money to my wife. We are officially done with using the USPS. I understand they might not pay their handlers as much as they would like but if they sift your mail and end up stealing birthday money, it's just ridiculous. We have even had the envelope sliced open and lost the money but got the card! This is a federal crime!

I wish I could rate a 0. Never have I had such terrible mail delivery. Consistently late on my Amazon packages and they mark them as "attempted" when they really just didn't get around to it...trying to claim my mailbox was full when it's a large package that wouldn't even fit in the mailbox and would have to be delivered to my door. I have tried for three days to get a package redelivered and still have yet to receive it. They never answer the phone either.
