So I call and this lady answers the phone and I’m trying to find out where my package is. I explain to her what’s going on and she literally says to me, “What? I wasn’t listening”, are you kidding me!? Rude! Couldn’t say sorry you were breaking up, just blatantly states that she wasn’t listening....so why answer the phone if you’re not going to listen to whoever is on the other line!? Typical government work right there! Half assed, lazy and rude!

They were going to bring me certified mail, I am a stay at home mom and a mailman did NOT one time try to deliver this mail to me. But he certainly stated he delivered it to me! So the mailman can't walk up my walkway and deliver the mail is that the problem? I have too much expectation for my mailman, I now have to spend my day in a city office downtown in line waiting for this paperwork because the mailman couldn't be inconvinved literally 8 steps to my door?????????
