I am basing this review on a VERY GOOD experience with one particular employee, on one particular occasion. I don't go to this post office normally, but it is closest to my work, and occasionally do business here. It was two days before Christmas, on a Saturday, and I was expecting a package to be delivered (was supposed to arrive Friday), but for some reason it wasn't delivered then. Understandable because of the extreme busy season. After being on hold on the Post Office's '1-800' number for over an hour and a half, I decided to call this branch directly once they opened. Contrary to some of the other reviews, THEY DID PICK UP. I spoke to an individual who generally seemed concerned, and told me that my package was there, that they normally don't deliver on the weekends to my address, but that they would PERSONALLY DELIVER it that afternoon, in their own vehicle. Sure enough, this individual arrived that afternoon and hand-delivered it just in-time for Christmas. I can't speak for all of the employees at this branch, however there is at least one individual who truly cares about this job, and this is usually a good indication of the culture of the entire branch. I wanted to put a hold on my mail, I wasn't receiving it not due to Post Office. My Husband was not informed of this hold. The lady at the Post Office told my husband that he could not pick up any mail because I had put it on hold. When he inquired about the hold the lady spoke out loud to him that it was because I was getting a DIVORCE! When he got home he was livid! I told him that that was not the reason for me putting it on hold. That was Saturday Febuary 24th, 2018. I went into the Post Office to inform the same lady clerk that she needed to keep that kind of sensitive information private. I was very nice to her and wanted to impress upon her how dangerous that could be for a woman. Instead of saying that she was sorry, she was very defensive and I don't even think she realized the danger that she could have caused! All that I wanted to do was impress upon her how HER actions could put someone in jeopardy. I was going to tell the Postmaster but instead I want to warn any person to be careful about what they may say to hold their mail for whatever reason.

The mail carriers dont deliver to the right house!! Its happened a couple of times now and we have went to the location to complain and it is still happening! We are lucky we have neighbors to will give them to us but one of these times we wont be so lucky!

"Loses" only your expensive 3d printer parts and does not return calls. Twice in a row and only 3d printer parts. Other items in packages that aren't 3d printer parts arrive.
