I had a great time with the man behind the counter. While there was a long line, parking was adequate, and I was even given helpful information on how to fill out my envelope. I had to ensure some important paperwork reached southern California by the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this post office. I've been here to pick up packages while on vacation before as well, and the service is still great, even later on in the day.

The folks at this post office were so incredible to work with. I had an alarming situation in which I thought my passport would not arrive on time. They were very helpful and did all they could to keep me informed of the mail flow. In this case it was a happy ending!

This office mis-delivers packages in my apartment complex all the time. Drivers can't tell the difference between 325 and 335 or the difference between Apt E and Apt F for a basic but true example of these government under thinkers. Seriously I had two different Amazon orders delivered to who know where and I go someone else's package. This happens daily, what is is with you guys. Do your job and learn to read! You are waiting my time and money.

I have been on hold for 43 minutes now. I just need the carrier to come and remove a package he left in my mailbox. I live in an apartment and so I have a very small mailbox along with my neighbors. The carrier could apparently get the package in (from the back) but I cannot get the package out due to a flap on my end of the box. I just want to have someone tell the carrier to put the package in one of the lager "package" boxes and leave me a key so I can get it. I called the 1-800 number and had to wait for a call back an hour later. All they did was offer to send an email to my local office which will be answered in 2 to 3 days. OMG! This is ridiculous!! So, now I am calling and this is becoming comical.

My fiance and i have lost our mailbox keys and it's been a stress.but once we got to the post office and spoke with brittany she made it fast and easy.now we have all the mails needed thanks to brittany.
