This post office location is very well managed, efficient, and consistent. We've used this office for three years at a rate of around two or three times per week. In three years we've had only a few packages not get scanned. Though they were always quick to offer an explanation over the phone. With as many packages as we send out, we consider their scan rate excellent and willingness to provide consistent and good service a great addition to the community. Highly recommended for professional and friendly staff, as well.

I've been on hold for 30 minutes. I'm pretty sure they're just hoping I'll hang up. I called to ask about a receipt they never gave me to see if it was still up front so they could set it aside for me to pickup so I can submit it for reimbursement. Lousy customer service. Update: Since they technically closed at 5:30pm, I gave up and let them win at 6pm. I was on hold for more than 45 minutes. This is total B.S. I can't believe they think it's okay to treat people like this.

Best post office I've ever been to! The staff are kind and efficient and I've never seen a horrendously long line.

Worthless automated call system, no way to get anything done or talk to any real people.
