United States Postal Service

The staff is great, but there is never enough of them. I’m always here for at least 15 minutes with a line and only one window open. I go to the UPS store for my post office needs now. I’m there usually about 5 minutes.

These guys can't seem to answer the phone in under an hour. They don't take any responsibility. They can hardly handle delivering mail, and even thay they screw up.

My boyfriend has called over sixteen times with no answer. He first called around 10:00AM and they said to call back around 11:00AM when “John” would be there about a package that was “delivered” but never received. They answered immediately at 10:00AM but now they won’t answer the phone for nothing and it’s 11:48AM. Terrible service in that regard and even though I live in Holladay my boyfriend lives over 2K miles away in Florida so it’s not like he can just walk in the post office for customer service regarding the package he sent. They should really step up in that regard. Most of their bad reviews are due to terrible customer service especially when it comes to phone service.

This post office is very clean, people are courteous and nice. The employees are very professional and caring about your needs. Lived here for over 5 years and have no complaints. They have helped me numerous of times. Even the mail delivery gentlemen is amazing. I can always count with my mail on time and when he goes on vacation he let's me know. Wish other post offices were this friendly. People really don't know how to appreciate what they have until they lose it. (For the rude customers)

Staff is generally nice and friendly. If you go before 2pm, there is usually no waiting except for maybe a few minutes. Nice location and very clean!
