Have you ever mailed a letter (or package) at this location? If not then you are missing out. This USPS is ‘da bomb.’ Just don’t make jokes about sending bombs (or anthrax); they don’t find it funny. 😐

I have been a PO Box holder at this location for over 20 years.  Yes, this post office just like all others have its issues; and, I have complained about a few things.  But guess what the other post offices in other states I have PO Boxes too are the same.  But it takes more than the local employees to make change; so don't blame and write poor reviews.   It is not their fault personally  for most of the stuff that goes on at the post office.  The only thing I think can be improved by the local employees to some extent is customer service.  But some of the problem is lack of staff.  All in all I think this post office is descent.   Writing to the big guys making policy may initiate change.  The post office I go to in Roseville, MN has a committee where the public can voice concerns and give recommendations.  Anything with government is hard to change but if you are given the opportunity to make a change join forces.  You can't complain if you are not willing to make your voice heard in a productive way.  Just saying...

Shauna the manager was extremely rude and did not treat me like a human-being. Said, "It was my fault" for messing up the order and delivery. Have contacted USPS and taking mandatory action to get happy people working there.

If your looking for poor customer service then this place is great for you ! I supposed to had a important package delivered today. But it got delayed because it didnt get sent to the right hub it got sent this location . so i thought ok no big deal . i called 4hrs asking if i could pick it up they said no problem so after i get off work i drive over explain what's going on and how important i need this package and this rude guy tells sorry it's already been sent back to USPS main hub in WVC with no apologie or no remorse not even giving a damn .
