I can only speak about the office itself and its performance, my daily carrier is brilliant and her route absolutely adores her. Her station however is another matter. They can NOT seem to get anything right. If they send out a delivery or relief carrier on a route it is guaranteed to be a total disaster. And when you go out to this station, at our airport, they can neither find your mail/parcel or they have sent it out for re-delivery when your notification tag tells you you have to pick it up, in my case that is an 18 mile dead round trip. On several occasions the relief carrier has left our complex cluster mailbox WIDE OPEN, all mail and parcels open to theft. Since this station has VERY limited hours of operation, good luck on contacting a person to get help. This station is operating proof that the USPS hires the mentally handicapped.

The hours are terrible and because it's the post office for my house, I have no choice but to get off work and drive clear out to the airport. Also, they are completely unhelpful when shipping packages. I needed to tape my package closed and they said they didn't have any so I had to buy a roll of packing tape.

One of the best post offices I've EVER been to. First there's never a line, the staff is courteous and helpful. I know the hours are 10:00-2:00 so that's when I go do my mailing needs.

Failed to deliver 3 packages within a month even though the tracking numbers say the packages have been delivered. Over the phone they will simply state they will not do anything about your lost mail. Also delivers mail to the wrong address constantly.

Called to speak with someone about my package. I have never had to deal with a more unprofessional employee over the phone EVER! Then when I asked for the employee's name so I could call back and speak with a supervisor about the matter she so maturely hung up on me. I attempted to call back with no answer...
