I lost my key for a while when I found it checked my mailbox and found a notice that my mailbox was full. The notice had been left the day before.  It said I had to pick up my mail within 10 days. Could not get to to the post office for a couple of days. Picked up mail the third day after notice left.  No mail was at the post office. Was told that they must have returned to Sender.  Someone there cannot count. 3 days does not equal 10 days.  At the same time I had 3 packages that were supposed to be delivered the day after the notice was left. The packages tracking said there was an attempt to deliver. When I went to pick up my mail the packages were there but I was supposed to have another package left the day I picked up my mail. After I got home and saw they had not delivered the package I checked and it had that the package had been attempted to be delivered. I was home all day until 4 p.m. they attempted to deliver at 11:14 a.m. I guess driving by the house is an attempt to deliver. What a poor excuse for delivery. I would have rated lower but there is no lower rating.

They have held or LOST 6 packages in the past two weeks. All the tracking numbers say "held at customer request" but I have NEVER requested this. Obviously if I'm getting packages it's because I need to receive them. I can't drive to the post office every day. When I get off work it's rush hour and there's no way to get there before they close without taking time off work. This is not something I can afford to do. Pretty ticked. I wouldn't even give them one star but that's not an option.

less busy than usual... tries 30 calls back to back yet no one picks up... every time i go in somehow they are "on the phone" which means they probably are staying on the lines to keep them busy and people can't get through. i specifically even signed online so that my package could be left and not have to sign for it.... they STILL say I have to sign for it and left a slip. DO YOUR JOBS AND PICK UP YOUR PHONES

Nobody picked up the blasted phone for almost 40 minutes! Now I'm going to have to drive about twenty minutes to ask a simple question!
