BEWARE EVERYONE DO NOT go to this Post Office, the people who work there gave me a direct number for general delivery, and then suddenly I call one day, the manager picks up the phone and tells me that they cannot do general delivery checks by phone, i didn't believe it then since there were 2 people who told me about it, the employees are dishonest. I also see others had the same experience, to the postal employees at this location, WATCH YOUR DAMN ATTITUDE BECAUSE IT IS THE DAMN REASON WHY YOU GOT OTHERS LIKE ME WARNING PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEOPLE ARE BEYOND FED UP WITH YOU CRAZIES TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE OBJECTS, if you don't change that damn attitude of yours then it will eventually lead to nobody visiting this damn post office, i would rather drive an extra few miles somewhere where I'm respected better, I don't EVER want to do business here again!!

The carriers lose our mail and put our mail in the wrong boxes consistently. They mark it as "delivered" but it's only ever there every other time. Who knows what box they put it in!!!!! And when we call we get no help from the workers .... Thanks for always losing things!!!! 5th package lost just today in the last 6 months!!

I love going to this post office. The employees are very friendly and work quickly.

Great post office! They run like clockwork and have great friendly staff and drivers. They are very efficient in delivering mail around the city too! I'm a fan!

Horrible Service! First the mailman decides he doesn’t want to bring my mail anymore because the neighbors have dogs and he has to come inside the fence to deliver the mail. I find this a bit strange considering on almost a dozen occasions I have seen him pet and play with the dogs when he makes his rounds here. But anyway, I move the mailboxes to the road as requested by the mail carrier. I call them to inform them the necessary change has been made as well as my neighbor going in person and telling them while collecting his mail. Monday of this week they brought it right on time like before this happened. However there has been no mail since. When I go in to get my mail I am told they don’t have it and it is with the carrier. I check my box, no mail. I call to inquire about the situation and the woman on the phone is incredibly rude and dismissive toward me. I should have gotten her name. I don’t know why she bothered to answer the phone because all she tried to do was get me off the line. Seems as this is the only way to get mail, I guess I’ll have to file a complaint. It’s nit like I can boycott the postal service and find another way to get mail. Which is a joke.
