Spent a good 15 minutes on the phone trying to get a real agent because none of the options applied to my situation. Once I finally found a selection that could get me transferred to them the wait time was "between 50 and 50 minutes" for an agent. Got to be kidding me. Come on, USPS. Update: this place just gets worse with every visit. Call in and you can't get a real person, go in and have them lecture you about tape or packing material. It's such a joke that we HAVE to deal with this incompetent government organization. Some of it makes me laugh..they get away with being horrible because their a government agency. If they were in the private sector they'd get squashed like that. Even when funded by the taxpayer they were going down until the Amazon deal. Avoid at all costs. Go in and be firm if you absolutely must deal with them.

Every time this office tries to deliver on the weekends for Amazon they say they can't get to the door or its blocked. I just think they can't find my new home. Or they're lazy! So then they send it to south Jordan post office and they have no problem finding the door. Thank you South Jordan!

This post office has the worst customer service ever. I was on hold on the phone for over an hour without anyone picking up. Don't even try calling with any questions, you might as well make the drive there and save yourself some time. Update: Tai was a great help in store. After spending time to help me, he also called the post master to help.

The people that work at the actual desk in the building are always helpful. However, the letter carriers who deliver in the Herriman area are absolutely terrible! Rarely do I receive my own mail, and have to frequently re-deliver all of my neighbor's mail. Receiving packages are a total joke. 1 in 10 actually make it to the group mailbox or my front door when those mailboxes are full. I'd like to say they half-ass it, but that is giving them entirely way too much credit. Calls are nearly impossible and always begin with a minimum of 30-60 minutes on hold waiting. Calls/emails to the Riverton Post Office management about the horrible service are always met with a canned statement of "We hear you and are working to correct the issue." Absolutely nothing changes. Worst post office in the valley, by far! 1 star is a star too many!

Unfortunately, we had several packages that we didn’t receive. Heather and Yvonne went out of there way to make sure we received all of our packages. Thanks again for all your hard work. Wish we could have Heather as our mail carrier again!!
