Was a 20 year customer -- will NEVER do business with them again. The manager is a rude coward who will screw up your order and then refuse to call you back or take your calls. Totally unprofessional and they could care less about customer loyalty or the fact that they fail to provide supplies critical to one's well being. Don't waste your time with these jerks.
