They can't do automatic reorders, send tracking on over $3,000 of medical supplies and expect you to just sit and wait. When your supplies never show up and you call you find out that the staff that said they orders your supplies almost 3 weeks ago and come to find out they were never even ordered. They look my payment and then just sat there. After calling for the 3rd time I finally got someone who claimed they would send out the products but had no idea when they would be delivered. I asked for over night delivery do to the mess their staff made and they state they can't do express shipping. Cool $3000 of product and I cant even know when they are hopefully coming my way. When I called they were stating it was my fault. Oh right my mistake calling weeks before the supplies run out and still being without my medical supplies for weeks because the staff is incompetent, is totally the patients fault. Can't wait till my insurance drops them. Honestly I have no idea how they are still in business. If 0 stars was an option that's what the review would be.

I never authorized the delivery of product THC sent. They are super shady they had our babysitter sign for the Medication. They are still charging us in full. $350. I tried to return it they refused to accept the product back. They were unbelievably unprofessional and gave us no options. We spoke to the supervisor and she said anyone can sign for the medication which I felt wasn't right they won't take the untouched medication back even if the doctor took you off it. They are money hungry and will keep delivering meds even if your not at home let your babysitter know. Also please go on better business bureau and write a review/complaint

Worst place iv ever had to deal with and sadly I have to deal with them for medical supplies. If you have the option to go somewhere else then do it. Staff seems friendly on the phone but they just keep giving you the run around or lie over and over. Delivery for supplies isn't any better. Don't expect it on time or even on the day they say. But wait, picking up from their office isn't good either. Once someone signed for my medical supplies in shipment and I never received it. 3months later after getting lied to I got the option to order a new device and when I arrived at the office to pick it up they couldn't find it after an hour of searching it was found in a cleaning closest. Their communication is terrible, they say they will notify you or give you a call back etc.. don't expect it, it will never happen. If I could rate less then one star I would. I literally hate this place.

This place has the worst customer service. They don't even try to help you or try to understand what it is you need. I need to find somewhere else to get my medical supplies! It honestly doesn't even deserve one star.

I have had one of the worst experiences ever with a Jazzy 600 ES powerchair I received from THC. It all started a couple of months ago-around June, when my chair stopped in the middle of a crosswalk when I was crossing the street. I was almost hit by a car. I had to get out of my powerchair and push it across the intersection.After a day of volunteering, which I love to do.
The technician from THC came out a couple of days later and ran a diagnostic on the chair. I was told that I could drive the chair, so I used it the next day. The wheel on the left side started to feel as if there were rocks in the tire.
The chair was jittery. I took the chair home and charged it. The following day, I traveled to a local park to attend a barbecue with some friends. While I was there, the chair began to spin in a circle by itself. With no input from myself. As you might imagine, I was scared as hell. I had never known a chair to do that.
And, again, I called THC; the technician came out and replaced the batteries in my chair. The chair worked fine for a couple weeks, then the same problem as before-without the spinning on its own this time.
The decision was made to replace the left drive motor. That has been done, but now, the chair won't hold a charge for more than 2-3 hours, if that. I should also mention that the controller and control module have been replaced under warranty, too. So, I've now contacted my doctor to have him write a prescription for batteries, we'll see if these work.
Additionally, I neglected to mention, the chair doesn't like inclines. The chair makes a whirring sound when attempting to go up any inclines after 2-3 hours of use. It's the weirdest thing.
