The first time I dealt with them they were Great. good quality items friendly service. But the products wore out, and when they replaced them, they are now very cheaply made items. The person that delivered them was really rude. Brought out the wrong size. Now I have to wait another week at least he said.and he Kept calling me a Sir. He would stair at my breast but kept calling me a man. I won't deal with them again. I also had gotten my power chair from them. It took them over a year to get it so it would work right. I finally had to tell them Under No circumstances was Brian to have anything to do with my items again. That is when They finally fixed it. They put someone else on it. I know another Lady that lives a block away from me and she is really bad off and desperately needs the same chair I have. But Brian didn't like her, and refused service to her. That hurt the company just because he was prejudiced against her and me. Think Twice before dealing here.
