I am super appreciative of Brandon Cullen a financial representative at this branch. Extremely helpful and was thorough at handling my bank issue as well as informative in all my options to ensure success working with my checking account. Thank you Brandon.

Went to cash a check at this branch and they made me feel like a criminal, like I was trying to scam them. They asked me why I wanted to cash the check. They would not cash it even though I have been a member for a long time. I drove 20 min to another branch and they cashed it no problem.

Don’t waste your time with UFCU. There are better credit unions. They use very user unfriendly online systems and aren’t empathetic when those systems fail you.

This has been great to us. They are very helpful and quick to get you what you need. Friendly people with knowledge about their work. I’d like to give a shout out to Darci Savage she is amazing. Thanks for everything.

University's WVC branch is always friendly and welcoming. Dania and Emilee are helpful and don't make me feel dumb. I think the tellers are knowledgeable as well. Loan applications are easy and rates are great. I love U of U credit union and would recommend for anyone.
