Severally understaffed and it is the branches fault. Went to have a notary and there was only one during the busiest times of the week. I couldn't get anything done. Don't waste your time going to this branch you'll just end up going home.
bank tellers don't care even the line are so long, most of them just standing and talking to each other.
Very unprofessional people, they never have bankers available the day of and the few times that i had to come meet with one my issue was never resolved. I had an appointment with Wendy and she told me she had to schedule a 2nd appointment to resolve my issue because she didnt have time and had to get to her next customer. Wendy either needs a customer service refresher course or swap positions with one of the tellers there that was more polite and respectful of my time. Chase has been great to me but this location is trash so dont waste your time!
I went in today to make my first car payment on my new car and Erwin helped me out. He was nice and patient with me and we got the payment taken care of fast considering I didn't know my account number and he had to verify some info.
I USED to love coming to this branch. But each time I've come recently which is about an average 1-2 times every couple of weeks. The staff has been rude, the welcome is non existent and the staff can have some very intimidating facial expressions. I have not enjoyed my last visit which is today 02/03/18. I will not be coming back ever to this branch. The teller I worked with today was unbelievably rude and seemed annoyed to help me. It also changes my perspective of CHASE BANK as a whole.
Worse experience ever, Erwin the manager is beyond unprofessional. The whole team including the banker Wendy need to get there customer service together.
Manager just sat on his desk talking to someone his cell phone for 20 minutes. When he came up to us to ask how he could help, we replied with needing to open a bank account and he said, “sorry that won’t be possible. We close at 5:00 PM.” It was 3:45.. So we just left. Just another reason not to bank with chase.
Set up a meeting to open a business account. I showed up for the meeting and the individual I was scheduled with was not there. No call or anything to cancel the appt. Horrible customer service.
This is a second time that I've been helped by this teller her name is Maria she told us we couldn't cash a check because we didn't have funds and I had to tell her three times on the amount that I wanted back enough cash my check so without problems she needs to be retrained
