Unfortunately the service is lousy. The Drive thru which is supposed to be an express service can take 10 minutes or more for a simple transaction like straight deposit.
Don't use this banks ATM. It malfunctions and takes your card. They won't even try to contact you... They shared it. Also it's not in Murray this is clearly Taylorsville. Fair warning this bank doesn't work with you at all. Glad I don't have an account there.
I was told by an associate at this location that my card would work even though they were sending me a long-term replacement card which I haven't seen. They didn't tell me that it wouldn't work after 60 days. Now, I am stuck in a position where I can't get a new card until it is mailed to me, but I am going to need to buy things before then and I'm two hours from the nearest U.S. Bank location. I was told by a female associate that I could get a replacement debit card immediately if I came to the branch, but that wasn't the case, as I found out after driving there. I think she did her best to be helpful and was kind but just didn't have the right knowledge as it pertained to what I needed.
These guys are understaffed around 1:00 pm it appears. Stood first in-line at the branch. Teller was working on something, not taking any clients. All she says is "Someone will be with you in a moment!" 'Barbara' was the name tag on the window. The other teller was busy with another client. Cars waiting in the drive-thru with no one to help them. After 5-10 mins. of just standing there, I just left. I don't think I'll be back at this branch anytime soon! Don't like feeling like an unappreciated customer!
Have to agree with Chad. The staff including manager doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable in banking procedures. Three years ago it took 3 hours to add names to a safety deposit box and then had to return the next day to repeat because they did it wrong. Last week made a deposit into my mothers trust account and was later called to say they could not deposit the check because it was made to my mom and trusts are for dead people therefore she cannot have a check made out to her. There are many living people with trust accounts with her being one of those people. I wouldn't even do general banking here. The only reason I have made the mistake and gone to this branch is because it is close to my home. I highly recommend the branch on 4500 south and 900 east. Much more competent staff
Best US bank branch in Utah. My grandfather has banked with them for years. His regular account and trust funds and has trusted them with millions of dollars and I've never heard a complaint. This was the branch he had to go to if he needed. They were always polite with us and grandfather. Rip ..
Corina is the best banker I’ve worked with in a very long time. She opened my account and has helped me every step of the way. It’s very apparent she cares for her customers. She helped me resolve an issue that would have ruined my ability to move from where I was. Without her I would’ve been in a very tough situation. She is the reason I am and will be a loyal customer to us bank.
We applied for a loan to refinance our home. It took them 5 times to get our loan correct. We visited this office almost every other day until it was right. The people were helpful but they are very detailed oriented or understand how to do things right the first time. An okay place for regular banking I'm sure, but loans RUN AWAY FAST!
Poor customer service, under staff, long wait times and slow tellers. They're response is go to another branch. All the reviews speak by themselves
I am a manager of a business and every time i come in they only have one teller and all these other employees laughing and talking about other things and not helping the tellers. Horrible customer service. Always take so long to get change or make a deposit.
