Absolute worst customer service!! Scheduled a pick up between 12-3 3hrs instead of 2 yet the driver won’t be here until around 5? No call to inform your customers of the change. Rude dispatch!! Many other options as far as shipping freight. Stay away from UPS freight!

Easy to get things done at this location
I was given a window of 11-5pm for delivery. It is close to 7pm and no updates. I took off of work to be here for this delivery
