Uptown Consignment

I have been shopping at Uptown since they opened and I cannot say enough good things about them. Clearly, the value there is outstanding, I have more Coach purses than I know what to do with because they are so reasonably priced there, but there is more than just the value. The staff there is outstanding....you go for the value and come back for the customer service., they know their customers by name!! One particular day after my father passed away, I needed to just get out and get my mind on other things. When I walked into the store I was greeted by Barbara, the owner, who gave me the biggest hug and kiss . She didn't know why I was there, I am guessing she figured I was there to shop, but her greeting made my day!!! Every time I go in, someone greets me with a smile!! Great prices, amazing staff, what more could anyone want!!! I recommend that everyone go there for all of their shopping needs!!!!

One of my favorite stores!! I always have luck finding things, i never leave empty handed! The staff is so wonderful and helpful! The best handbags ever at a great price!! Even furs for reasonable prices!! You can find a peice of jewelry for every outfit dressy or casual! The crystal selection beautiful and reasonably priced! They keep me looking my best any season! You must check it out if you havent already! Incredible!!

This is the best place to shop, and enjoy yourself. Taking your time to look around at the varieties of merchandise they have. The quality is second to none. I love it! Macy's has nothing on Uptown Consignment. I would know I shop at both. Thank you Uptown Consignment for being so Upscale!

The staff are friendly and they occasionally have good finds behind the counter. The biggest downside is organisation. The store itself has a ‘thrift’ vibe and is intimidating at first entry. I keep going there to try to find gifts for my sisters and mother but the women’s racks are cluttered and seem like they are in no special order. For the most part the pricing is fair, even though they don’t seem to have a cap on the age of items they accept for consignment. I’ve often seen shoes in the men’s section that are worn and at least 12 years old and because they have a designer name on them they are over $70.00 The same goes for some designer items on their designer rack up front. Pilly, and worn Burberry, Brooks Brothers, Zara, Lily Pulitzer, and Tory Burch tops, sweaters, coats, and cardigans going for between $140 and $400. What I especially appreciate is that they are VERY accommodating when it comes to discounting for stains/tears/marks/defects unless an item is marked ‘AS IS’. So that makes navigating these ‘well-loved’ items easier. I love going there regardless of the mess and some times I like the challenge of the hunt! Check out their online store. It’s got a great selection of designer handbags, and they can appraise and buy through the website!

I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful experience I received by Corinne. What I liked the most was that she was very patient with me trying to make up my mind on what to get. I will let my friends know about this wonderful store and the friendly service they will receive.
