Uptown Consignment

Great deals, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Very fair on Consignment pricing. I have made a ton of money bringing my slightly used items, as well as found great, reasonable items to bring home as well.

It's ok, staff is typically friendly. It can get quite tight with other customers because it's a tightly packed store. I've found it rare to have an available changing room, and the changing areas don't feel very private. I've been rung up incorrectly numerous times from what's on the tag, never in my favor, so be careful when checking out. Edit: The owner and employee contacted me to understand the issue I've had with checking out and have taken serious interest in resolving the issue, so hopefully that can be resolved. Bumped from 3 to 4 based on their proactive approach.

Love shopping here, UptownConsignment in Rockyhill is my favorite store!!! Always find wonderful things that only for myself but most importantly for my sons the customer service there is impeccable the manager that I've dealt with Carol Carbone is as sweet as can be thank you Uptown Consignment

My favorite consignment store around here. I spend at least two hours every time I go and always end up with something awesome and very cheap. They also have punch cards for every $150 you buy you get 15% discount. The best place to go to cheer yourself up :)

Uptown is a good consignment store with QUALITY clothing and items at thrift store prices. HUGE parking lot, and there is a men's section which is smaller (as usual) than the women's, but good stuff non the less.
