Uptown Consignment

This store is a hit or miss for me. Some days you can find great quality clothes at a great price other times the quality is just not there. Some things have holes or are pilled. Just take a good look at what you buy. The store itself is very organized and easy to find items of interest. It's worth a walk in and look through. Never had trouble with rude employees.

Went for the first time the other day to drop off a bunch of clothes i ended up buying 2 purses and a skirt . ☺ very friendly service

RUDE and Ill Mannered. Poor quality of Service. I went to consignment some clothing today. This instance is NOT the first time that this shop has been completely rude and ill mannered. They have no customer service at all. Today I went to the store with one bag to get looked at. A women came in with 10 bags just before me. Which is unreasonable amount of garments. They told me I had to wait, leave my clothes and come back, or just comeback later in the day. Excuse me I have one bag, this lady has 10. Isn't there a limited about a garment that you can check in????? I have brought toooooooo many before and have been turned away however this women clear was accepted. What is your STORE POLICY and PLEASE STICK WITH IT. First; Waiting through 10 bags will take at least an hour. Seriously ?? Second; if I leave my cloth please add them to the account. I 'm not coming back for the ones your don't want. Be accommodating Your asking me to come back after the attitude you gave me. Third; I don't have time to come back. Why do you think i 'm here? Customer Service needs to improve or employees inter personnel skill set

This is my favorite store. I can always find what I am looking for and get great pricing too! The management team as well as the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent Consignment Store. I have visited m a n y consignment shops. Generally the experience is not a pleasant one. Fighting through a stuffy claustrophobic atmosphere, most of the time is spent pushing through racks & racks packed tight with stuff, most of which is overpriced &/or damaged, & usually ending up with very little to show for all the effort. THIS consignment store though... It is easy to navigate. Everything is organized. ALL the items are mint or near mint condition. TOP brands. Fraction of a fraction of the MSRP. My closet has gradually become full of Banana Republic, Anne Taylor, Hollister, etc... & I literally did not pay more than $10 for any item. (As an example: One of my fav outfits includes Abercrombie & Fitch slacks that were 2 bucks, & an Express tee that was $1.50... Kid you not.) I'm not one to care too much about clothes being designer, but I am impressed with the quality of clothes for the cost. I see a few reviews here saying that the workers are rude, or some such criticism... As a shopper & consigner at this store for the last 2 years, my experience has been nothing but positive. Every worker is conscientious & considerate. They're serious about their business. I know one's expectations/tastes can vary considerably. But my opinion is this store is special, & definitely worth a visit. 5 stars.
