The mission of Urban Pilates is to bring Pilates and other preventative and restorative lifelong health solutions to the consumer at an affordable price. We believe in providing essentials for a healthy body both inside and out. Using Pilates as the foundation we add other disciplines that use natural methods and body resistance. Each of our offerings will borrow from eastern disciplines or contemporary western fitness methods this will allow our clients to take responsibility for their health and build a foundation to change themselves throughout.
