Ursula's Extensions

What can I say just PERFECT! LOVE my hair! Love Ursula, called on a whim, I ended up getting "Great Lengths Cold Fusion". I literally looked like a different-much more beautiful ;)- person !! It took about two hours, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. I'm beyond happy that I found this place, and I recommend Ursula 100%! I will be back without a doubt.

Excellent experience every time! I have been a client of Ursula's for a long time. I've had nothing but bad experiences with other extensions as well as hot fusion hair extensions until I found Ursula. What an amazing, professional and talented stylist. The entire experience from consultation to installation is second to none! Stephanie, is a knowledgeable, friendly and patient professional that spent the time to provide a thorough consultation that made me feel confident about my decision to give hair extensions another try. I never felt rushed through the consultation or pressured to purchase extensions. My experience was wonderful. There was an open dialog during which all of my questions were answered and everything was discussed and explained from choice of extensions (e.g., hot vs. cold fusion - there's even a hair training head with the various installation methods so you can see and feel them before making a decision - brilliant idea), extension customization for different client hair textures, cost, daily maintenance, recommended products for maintenance, my previous experience and likes/dislikes regarding same. Which was immediately followed by the fun part of picking the color/length because I had to give hair extensions one more try with Ursula. I stated my wants and needs and received thoughtful opinions and guidance re: what color/length would look best on me - like a good girlfriend would give. Ursula is a professional that took into consideration my styling preferences, my lifestyle requirements (I wear glasses - I didn't even think about this) and overall wants/needs. She provided expert installation of my hair extensions so that other than waking up with glorious long hair I barely notice them. I am thrilled with her work and know that I will be thrilled for the life of the extensions because she took the time to get to know about me and factored my daily life requirements into the installation. I could go on forever about what an overall positive experience this was, how phenomenal the professionals at Ursula's are and the product Great lengths is. If you are a first timer or fed up with wasting money on uncomfortable/unmanageable extensions you should give Ursula's Extensions a try.

Andrea's above review was not an accurate depiction of what happened as I was there as a client today. Andrea was extremely nervous, unable to make a decision and very - well, unhinged. At first, when she commented on not liking a chemo patients hair, I thought ok maybe she didn't realize. Then, when she began basically interrogating Ursula about her worst client, whether she would finish in time etc I thought oh wow. Ursula was kind, took more than enough time trying to decifer what Andrea wanted and even sent her assistant out for tea as opposed to coffee or water which was offered to her. Ursula listened while Andrea bad mouthed her last stylist. She even spent way more time than I would have, trying to give Andrea what she wanted. The hair was t blonde enough so Ursula said she would use another type but that was t good enough. Ursula said this is the blondest this company makes and had matched it PERfectly to Andreas hair. She offered to order more. She offered to finish it and not charge her. Ursula did her best as did WE all to help Andrea but she got more hyper and upset to the point where Ursula didn't feel comfortable finishing. I wish this woman well but feel she has an anxiety problem that may have contributed to this occurrence today. Ursula tried her best truly. I've been going to Ursula for three years and today was in because Ursula offered to add hair that fell out for no charge to make me happy. That is the kind of kind professional person Ursula is. So sorry this happened today. Ursula awesome job making a former chemo patient look amazing!!!

Terribly unprofessional. The person who did the consult was not the person who was doing my hair. The owner is very abrupt, bossy, and unprofessional. She wanted to use darker, blended hair, and when I questioned, she lost it. She acted like a child and I had to leave undone....When your gut tells your there's something wrong, there is! Terrible experience.
