The ambiance and service is flawless and only topped by the treatment, color and haircut provided by my hairstylist, Danielle. I came am in looking one way (not too good!) And left looking and feeling great! Plus Danielle keeps you entertained with great conversation! I'm going back!

I recently gave this salon a shot after reading the positive reviews. Thankfully, my haircut by Christine lived up to the hype. She was really friendly, gave great advice on taking care of my hair, and gave me an even better haircut. Additionally, the staff is also very friendly. I had to bring my kids with me to my appointment, but still felt very welcome at the salon. I will definitely be coming back to this salon in the future!

Alisha is a wonderful hair cutter, very patient, listens closely, and works hard to give you the haircut you want. She is excellent with curly/wavy hair, since she has it herself. Bonus: Alisha is super-nice and very mellow. I have never felt rushed by her. The salon is well decorated and has very high ceilings, which makes the main cutting/styling area feel spacious. The styling stations have enough room between them that you don't feel cramped. Park around back, as there is a metered parking lot adjacent to the salon, and you can walk directly in the back door. There is a room as you enter and you can hang up your coat on the rack. If someone is accompanying you and wants to wait, there is seating, magazines, and a t.v. to watch.

Inconsistent work with hairdresser. I had one haircut with her that was absolutely phenomenal, several that were just okay, one that was uneven and needed to be touched up, and the last one was basically a disaster. Also, she styled my hair so that I looked like a bag lady when I walked out. I was speechless and didn't even complain. I just went home and stuck my head under the faucet in the bathroom sink and called it a day. Plus, I found it offensive that she seemed to want to make a big deal about not charging me her new higher rate. Really, I shouldn't have paid for it at all. I just wasn't in the mood to bicker. I'll add that the hairdresser I see did a very nice job on my teenage stepson's long hair, and he did feel really good about himself when he left. It's difficult to find a hairdresser who actually knows how to deal with curly hair. Hair dressers will say yes they know how to cut and style curly hair, but what they really mean is they'll do it, but they don't really know the optimal way to deal with it. I didn't want to have to leave town to get my hair cut, but I'm going to have to switch to a specifically curly hair oriented salon now. I must say that the receptionists have always been excellent - very helpful and accommodating. The shop itself is attractively appointed, and clean so far as i can see, but it's nothing special.

Had my hair cut with Antonia today!! She did an absolute beautiful cut! My hair is thick and curly and can be a challenge to blowout! The girl nailed it! My hair looked gorgeous! Professional environment and beautiful salon! Pricing is good! I would highly recommend!!
