I go to this post office often, I gotta say...normally there is only 1 person working the desk, but Both individuals I've come across have been nice and helpful. I've sent several packages home through this facility and haven't had any issues. 4 Stars due to 1 person working the desk everytime I have gone.
They lie repeatedly about not having access to my apartment when the gate is broke open. They don't need any type of access so the fact that they can never seem to deliver any of my packages is just insane. The excuse I keep getting every time is; "the mail delivery person is new". They must have a high turn-over!
Quite little out of the way place. Lines are never long and the people there are so friendly and helpful.
I love this place. I can walk from the AUC and it is right off MLKING Jr Dr SW. Close and convenient.
