Sharlene assist me this morning. She was very knowledgeable about products and rate. She took pride in her work. I was there only a few minutes. She also broke down the different rates I can save on. Keep up the great work .
Literally don’t even wanna give 1 star. I was hung up on 15 times by a “supervisor”. All I did was call and say that my package was over two weeks late and I noticed it’s been at their location for the last three days and was wondering if I could come pick it up in person.
It is the USPS. Yes, it is understaffed and the lines are long. However, the front facing staff has been unfailingly competent and friendly, including complicated international shipping, at a fraction of the price of a courier. There are bad postal outlets but this is not one of them.
Very nice and steady pace of service
Okay so I stay off Gresham and I’ve made a complaint before about the mailman in my area . He comes when he wants , he has been placing Mail in other residents mail box, I haven’t received Mail in two months to be honest !!!! This has to stop and I will be coming again
