US Post Office - Druid Hills

I guess I should’ve read the reviews prior to visiting this post office. It’s now 1:51 and they still aren’t back from lunch, when it’s clearly posted they open back up at 1:30. It’s really not acceptable service and next time I will visit the UPS store where they are always efficient and courteous.

Supposed to open at 1:30 from lunch. It’s now 1:50 and no one is here. Long line. I can hear them talking behind the door-they either need to open on time, or change their hours that are posted. It clearly says lunch from 12:30-1:30.

They are consistently 15-20 minutes late returning from lunch. The female employee was at least apologetic; the male is just a miserable person. I asked him a simple question about the best mailing option and I was loudly berated in front of a long line of waiting customers. Unbelievable behavior. Avoid this PO if you can.

Same as other reviews. Late opening time. Should just go ahead and close this place.

they close for lunch 12.30 to 1.30 and they never come back on time! also very rude staff! I hope someone upper higher is reading this testimonials, they gotta do something about it , this are government workers we are talking about.

Staff at this post office are routinely rude, abrupt and unhelpful but my experience today with a male employee was the worst I have ever experienced in that regard. If you can visit another post office, I’d suggest you do so. If I could rate this experience adequately, I would give zero or negative stars.

Was supposed to open after their lunch break about 6 minutes ago. I didn’t want to wait around in a lobby with other people during the COVID crisis...
