United States Post Office

Omg... I’ve been coming to this post office for 10 years and I swear whenever I think it can’t get any worse, they find new ways to surprise me. I was in line for a solid 20 minutes because they only had one cashier on duty. Who schedules one employee to work the counter during the 12 o’clock hour and on Monday?

Went there to get a money order. After waiting for an hour, they said the person in charge is on lunch break, so come back in another hour. Seriously? Very disappointed

Employee inside was very helpful and nice. In and out in less than 5 minutes with a lot of packages.

Wasted a good 30 minutes trying to ship a package internationally with one of the rudest must unhelpful employees I’ve seen only to be told in the end “my international system is down, you may want to try somewhere else”. Thanks for nothing, no wonder the system is in deep with employees like this
