2nd post office today with package bin drop off broken and unable to use. Why??
At 8AM there are no boxes for their “self service” kiosk. If you are going to open at 9 AM after everyone needing to use your service is already at work, don’t you think it would be a good idea to make sure the boxes are fully supplied the night before. #goamazonPO
If you read other reviews you’ll see I’m not the first to complain about the slow service. They only had ONE agent at the front. Whoever is staffing and managing this place is doing a terrible job.
Horrible. Its been over a week and I NEVER received my $150 package that they marked as delivered. They never followed up with my complaint either. I called and was placed on hold for 10 mins, I called back and could'nt reach anyone. Avoid this place!
