US Post Office

The people never answer the phone, always have an attitude, and ALWAYS have excuses for something. Highly recommend you don't move to this area purely to avoid the mail service. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

This morning every time I called someone picked up the phone and hung up. This afternoon I guess someone accidentally answered and I've been on hold over an hour. Why bother? I've had a package lost at this facility since Nov 15th. Someone needs to answer the phone and find my package.

Sent certified signature required. 12 days Mobile to Atlanta. 6 days Atlanta to Doraville and no signature card return. 5 hour drive from here to Doraville. We’re is my mail now?

They lost one of my packages and said it would be delivered the next day. I waited 2 more days before returning and still couldn’t find my package. Was told I would receive a phone call my supervisor and never got that call or my package. Very unprofessional staff. The women there are not willing to help with anything.
