Middle of the day there were zero envelopes/boxes of any sizes. This is a post office right?
Horrible customer service. Please do not go to this location if you have a question about postage before mailing. The lady will talk to you like you are a child.
Mail delivered from this post office arrives about 8:00 or 9:00pm. If it arrives at all. "Informed Delivery" is useless because my stuff arrives days or weeks later. Zero stars not an option. Reluctant to give 1 star.
Wait times are rough. It can easily be over 20 minutes if there are 5+ people in line in front of you. The employees are good, but this location is way understaffed.
This post office is NEVER staffed, today they are now down to ONE desk agent. Sometimes you cannot do self service and despite many requests they don’t recognize that this location needs to be staffed. God help us for the holidays, signed very unhappy neighbor
No drop box. Sign on the door says lobby is 24hr but it's locked. I'm just visiting, I'm from Alabama, and I have been to 4 post offices trying to find a drop box and they don't seem to exist here... What the hell is this?
