United States Post Office

Horrible service. This post office services my address and they deliver all sorts of mail that isn't mine. Today I was inspired to write a review because they lost another package valued at $100. No accountability, no useful customer service, and an unsafe route for all your mail.

well, two guys were really kind to send my packages to Korea. Even though I had to re-write an address, they kindly explained and gave me new paper.

The woman who helped me this morning was very helpful and polite. This was the easiest and most pleasant post office experience I’ve had.

Waited an hour at 1:30pm,2 workers at the counter at 1st, one left with a line exceeding the lobby limit. Mask down under the workers nose. Ugh.

Watching the employees reminds me of the sloth characters working the DMV in Zootopia. Every time.

Service is hit or miss. I've mostly had perfectly fine interactions here, occasionally a rude one. Long lines are common during peak hours. Shout out to CRYSTAL who is really lovely - she was very warm, friendly, speedy, helpful, and thorough with getting everything ready to mail out. I really appreciate people like her!
