US Post Office - North Atlanta Station

This is a busy post office. Though there was 6 people in front of me and a few behind me, the lone clerk young woman was efficient and I was out of there in 10 minutes. They have a self service kiosk at this location as well. Very convenient if you can navigate through the menus.

After I received the run around, from another post office, I cam to this one and had a great experience. The reps were nice, helpful, and patience with my requests.

They don’t have enough people to work here . Always long lines and some staff are not using the mask properly. Self service machines never works too .

They are very unprofessional.....we need a better system...They are constantly loosing my mail..What is going on??????

The kiosk hasn’t worked for what... 2 whole years?

I always use this location and never have any issues with packages getting where they need to go. Usually only one person working the desk so don’t go if you’re in a major rush.

Items were shipped with fragile signs all on the box and items were delivered 3 weeks later with broken items inside
