US Post Office

I made an appointment to get a passport. 15 mins later and I'm still waiting for someone to deal with my case. Plus, the woman in charge did not provide clear directives and moved me in two different spots. Rude and unclear.

I often use to Post Office....if we go To an Electronic World ...it is putting Office Work @ a Minimum.... We live the USPS.... It is our History please Reserve the Service's

Best post office in Upper West Side area. Can usually get in and out of the post office quick and its a great location in the Lincoln Center area.

I went there today and needed help completing forms due to a hand disability. Fernando went above and beyond to aid me. Sheena at the window was also great.

2 people working during prime time- such a long wait, after coming from another location which hasn’t had customs forms for 2 weeks.

Always a line inside, but moves fast and always friendly.

Every USPS location has its issues, but I’m telling you, this place is as good as it gets. Every time I’ve been in here, service has been helpful, expedient, and even pleasant. If you prefer an authentic 1-star experience, head up to the location on 83rd!
