Ms Robbie was very nice to me today when I came to do my passport application. I arrived about 30 minutes prior to my appointment and she took me without a problem. God bless her
I'd mistakenly had a package shipped to my old address so the doorman returned it to the mail carrier. The tracking information didn't get updated, so I wasn't sure where the package had gone. I visited USPS Cathedral Station and was so lucky to be helped by Renee at window 4. As it was close to closing time, she didn't have time to search extensively for the package, but she took down my information and promised to get back to me. She called me the next day when she said she would, and had indeed found my package! I was able to pick it up that afternoon. Because of Renee's persistence, I was able to get my package. She was so kind and helped me stay positive through the whole process. Thank you so much!
I have a package I need found and sent to the address on it. I live in Rogers, ar. and nobody here nobody there nobody seems to know what's going on? does anybody do anything anywhere? the info on the package is 100% readable and legit. it'd be nice if someone would do something to help me, but it's impossible to get any help after numerous calls emails etc. I'm really starting to get mad about it all
I haven’t gotten my mail in days. I went to complain and they talking about if it don’t come tomorrow come back. It shouldn’t even be that I should get my mail everyday especially if I’m complaining about it. I work we be understaffed and still have to get our work done that’s not an excuse.
I don't usually write Google reviews, but it's a must for this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. This African lady working in the post office is horrible. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED BECAUSE OF HER BAD ATTITUDE. My mother who DOESN'T KNOW any English went to send a package earlier today and was told by the African lady that she couldn't scan it because it was too "small". Previously my mother has used the same package size without any issues. So I don't know what is the problem. My mother also told me whenever this African lady works there she always tells my mother she couldn't scan it but OTHER workers can. My mother then called me addressing this issue. I kindly told the lady on phone that we have used the same package size in the past and there's no issues with it. Then she started raising her voice, "I CAN'T SCAN IT, IT'S TOO SMALL" "IF IT GETS LOST BETTER NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT US". Another worker came in and he was able to scan the package. AGAIN, I don't get the problem? The lady couldn't scan it but another worker was able to???? Afterwards everything is done, this lady started yelling at my mother saying something like "YOU COME BACK WITH BIGGER PACKAGING" "AND I KNOW YOU KNOW ENGLISH" when she doesn't know any english. NOTE: I was still on call, I then told the lady you shouldn't be acting like this, this is bad customer service. The lady then said, "YEAH YEAH YEAH". No wonder why this place have low ratings, they must improve their customer service by having friendly and patient workers.
Alam was wonderful at our passport appointment. He was quick, helpful and empathetic. Grateful for his service. Documents arrived during the time window he advised they would.
these reviews are insane. i went here to get my passport renewed and the woman working was so helpful, efficient, and kind. i had an issue with my paperwork and had to come back later and she made sure i got all sorted out. they only have one person doing the passport renewals so all waiting time is due to how put together the party ahead of you is. if you are patient + prepared you should not have an issue!
They lie and will pretend to try to deliver a package because they're too lazy to carry it over. Just the worst place
Went here to simply mail a package. This place is a dump both inside and out. It’s a shame that postal management lets it look the way it does. I can’t imagine how the employees must feel about having to work in this environment.
I dread going to this post office. Rudest staff. Unclean. Disorganized. The new level of nasty behavior never ends. This morning the postal worker talked down to and insulted a woman with vision problems. She was 80 at least. I was there to purchase holiday stamps. Non were available. I think they should fire the entire staff and start fresh. All the fired ones have health insurance for life so they'd probably be thrilled. Awful PO!
