US Post Office

Had to stand and wait more then 30 minutes to pick up a package just to be told they aren’t doing pick ups,

This place is in serious need of guidnce!! I'm not sure anyone here knows what they're doing considering how long it takes them to take care of each person!! 3hrs in line...

Took a while but considering the line was long and only two clerks, they get five stars from me. Doing the best they can but you should always expect a wait at this most used post office

I had a problem with a package getting returned to me. I ship online order's and first class packages go out to 16 ounces. The lady with short grey/blonde hair would not accept my pre paid label because it weiged 13.5 ounces and I was shipping it first class. She told me that first class is up to 13 ounces and has never heard of 16 ounces as first class. She got me worked up and made me feel incompetent even though I ship hundreds of packages a month. One more employee and a manager told me the same thing about the first class packages and they would not accept my package. The manager finally contacted someone and sided with me but I still left there with my packages and will go to another post office tomorrow because I've lost trust in this one. Just for reference in the last 30 day's I've spent over 1900 dollars in postage for my online order's and have shipped 283 packages through usps. They should treat people like a valued customer and not a nuisance

I have been not receiving my mail I live in a condo I've never had any issues with receiving mail until now when I went to the office to speak to someone they pointed me to the one across town the main hub. When I showed up there they also had no answers for me. And told me to speak to the management that I just left that told me to go across town. Now hopefully I can make it back there before they close and get very important mail that I need to survive on

I live not 5 minutes away and the mailman keeps putting up a vacant sign in my mailbox. Because I refuse to open others mail. I leave the mail there for the mailman can pick it back up, as it does not belong in my box. There also is no return mail slot available.

I’d leave no star, the front end lady was super rude while giving her my address, I called ahead of time to check on a piece of mail that I was told was there an she just gave me a hard time then walked away while I was still talking to her, told me her manager would deal with me an to stand further down the table, she had short grayish/blonde hair. Just negative attitude all around.

This place is horrible. They are now retaliating because I reported them. I have to pick up all my packages now.

This is the worst post office I have ever delt with. I never get my mail. I have called several times and they basically tell me they don't care and have hung up on me sever times. They call my mail carrier then call me back and tell me whatever BS he tells them. I had someone send me something from Florida just to prove I don't get my mail. It's been two weeks and nothing. My wife has also been waiting for something for 2 1/2 months. The mail man is very rude and has said he felt threatened. I'm not sure how saying hi how's it going makes someone feel threatened. Once I got a package that didn't fit in my box and he left it at the managers office and didn't even let me know. No notice or anything. I would have never known if I hadn't called the office. I have never given permission for my mail to be left somewhere else, he might as well just knock on a random door and say here's the neighbors mail. The post office told me that he doesn't have time to go around to all the apartments and leave notices or try to deliver items that don't fit in the box. So apparently he doesn't have time to do his job. This place needs to be under new management an get better mail carriers.

The mailman for this place kept delivering mail to my box that isn't mine, then i went to the office near me, and the lady told me to put a note in that says that person doesn't live here. I did all that and he still proceeded to stack the mail in my box till it had to get returned to sender now I am receiving no mail at all. Garbage. Horrid service.
