US Post Office

I paid $30 for change of address. Then USPS emails me saying I haven’t submitted the request. But they still charged me $30. The hold time is OVER AN HOUR!!! Why does the USPS make it so easy to hate them?

Self service is a mail slot. No automated mailing machine like post offices I've encountered out west. Opens at 9? That's not very ambitious. I wonder how much more business revenue this location could make if they opened before most people have to be at work. Long story short, I had to take my package to a local grocery store.

Christine couldn't have been nicer or handled my package more efficiently. I went back again and the service was excellent. Mailed another package and Tim was very efficient. Christmas rush and they are still nice.

Completely positive experience. Went after lunch - there was one person on staff and she immediately offered help. She made recommendations on how I should ship and was great to talk to. Didn't catch her name but if you go around 3pm maybe you'll have the same luck.
