US Post Office

Came by to pick up a package when they were suppose to open at 9 am. There was a line around the block because they didn’t open the doors until 9:25. The wait continued once inside for another 15 minutes until they saw the first person at the window. They couldn’t find my package after all the waiting. Will avoid coming back here at all costs. I recommend you do the same.

The lady joan? Disgusting…. If she acts like she don’t want to do her job then why is she there? Why are you making it seem like they need you you can believe that is a government job. There’s plenty of people that qualify for that job but they can’t get it because a stink people like this that hold a position for years and years, but act like they don’t want it. So government worker step up. Because you work for us you don’t work for them, that man, that woman who ever above you work for us, so you work for us too. Recognize, because then reviews like this will happen more often. And Joan change your attitude. Because you’re not obligated for the position. If you’re so tired of it leave I’m pretty sure the next person would do a way better job than what you’re doing.

The lady joan at the window is disgusting and rude. She seems something stinky is in her head, if this job isnt for her then leave, because come on, why come in to this job all stank? For what? When you couldve just stood home … weirdos, get a life and buy some bitcoin so your old self wouldnt be in there working your old life away when you couldve been not working already. Eww, acting like she run the place but dont want to work? Come on stinky, why would it say the package is here and its not? Why would i cone tomorrow when it was suppose to mailed today? I paid 2 day shipping and its coming 4 days late? Come on WORK!!!!!!

I’m giving this post office a nice review because I’ve always had an easy time mailing from here and the employees are always helpful. No problems with mail either for 99% of all my deliveries, so thank you post office. I know your job is hard.

Package not delivered because they were ‘unable to access delivery location’-I was home all day, house is not fenced in, dog is kept indoors, etc. the tracking update said redelivery would happen the next day so I stayed home and waited but no dice. This isn’t the first time this has happened or that we’ve had other issues, like being given packages with completely different addresses on them b/c mail carriers don’t seem to know routes or addresses or even read the very visible street signs. I’m not usually one to complain but there’s clearly a major problem here and this is only the most recent issue of this kind in the past few months.

So can anybody explain to me why I received the one package in my hand not the mail box !! and 2 hours and some changes later I received another package in the mailbox? It makes no sense, you want to be on point with no free priority boxes! Be in point with your postal drivers !! I didn't receive my second package so where is it at?

The absolute worst post office in Philadelphia. I give my packages to one of the drivers. And my package never got delivered. Causing me to have to give back refunds. It’s not good for my business. Whom ever in charge needs to reevaluate their employees. And the older woman with the small fro. Her customer services sucks. Y’all need to do better.

Within the last month, they have lost 2 packages of my merchandise that I was trying to ship out. So I lost money having to replace all that merchandise AND had to pay for another package to ship. Literally the worst. Never going back.

Have to pick up my package every time I ordered something, the delivery guy just don't want to pick up his fat ass and walk up my door step to slip the package into the mailbox or even ringing the door bell. He keep using the "a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available" as an excuse even though there was people at my house waiting 24/7 and there was no notice or anything left out my front door!. If u're living in the area this is the kind of problem you will encountered often. My suggestion is that even though is cost a little more to have FedEx or UPS as your deliverer you will save a lot more time other have to go a pick up your package every time.

Frequently scans my packages "Out for Delivery" at 9 a.m., but at 7 p.m. after waiting in my downstairs livingroom right near the front door, I get a text alert saying "An Attempt was made to deliver your packages, but there was no safe place to leave them" Now that is BS because I track all of my packages, and I know when the deliveries are due. I'm at home all day on the days these packages are due, but apparently, whoever the driver on those days does not want to deliver them and scans a false notice. Another lie in the scanned alert is that a notice was left in my car mailbox. Nope, no notice because he or she never came to my house. I'm always left to go to this station, and most times, wait in a long line for something that should have been delivered. Now to be clear, the staff at the station is very helpful. It just seems to be particular drivers who are the problem.
