US Post Office

The reviews are true. Had a package out for delivery for 4 days. It was oversize. Meaning it weighed about 20lbs and the lazy workers at this location didn't want to pick it up and actually deliver it. You know, as part of their jobs as mail carriers. So I came in to pick it up myself. Yes, I paid for delivery and had to come in and pick it up and deliver it to my myself. It gets better tho. When I asked about this being the standard protocol - that I have to come get it and there was no slip left in the mailbox after requesting a redelivery - the woman told me the pkg was too heavy for the mail carrier and there is no way she would expect an old lady to lift that. Spoiler alert: that's her job and also, have her sort letters in the back then. I tried to ask some additional questions, but the postal worker slammed the door in my face and went cowardly to the back. I don't think she knows I pay her salary as a federal employee. So, moral of the story: stop using USPS. They are constantly raising rates on their goods and services and you sure aren't getting any outstanding service in return. Especially not at this location.

Not only they don’t deliver packages safely but they are not responsive, and don’t care customer’s problem. I sent a package early October by buying label from Etsy, when I wanted to buy insurance at this branch of USPS, the guy at the counter told me it is insured for $100, so I didn’t. USPS delivered my package broken and damaged, buyer claimed and I refunded him but USPS denied any insurance. I went there and tried to talk with supervisor twice, but he denied to answer and asked me to solve your problem online, which leads to nowhere. Be careful with this staff, they are not responsive. never trust them, and do whatever necessary. I have receipt and clerk number and can be provided if necessary.

The worst post office I've ever encountered. They gave someone else access to my mail by having two parcel keys for the same box. That was stolen. The man said he would follow up with me and never did. I asked them to hold my mail, but they didn't. They started sending my packages back to the sender and marked my mailbox as vacant. I asked if they were going to pay for shipping to return it, and they refused.

These people are pathetic. The drivers make absolutely no effort to deliver packages to apartments, they just leave them sitting out by the street. I've had several packages stolen this way, including one that was stolen yesterday because the postal drivers REFUSE to walk inside a building. Meanwhile, every other company has the decency and common sense to actually deliver my package, and it's literally only USPS who screws this up. It makes me sick that I pay taxes to this defunct and useless organization. Sell it to the highest bidder and hire new drivers, because this is despicable.

I just moved to the area and have used the big blue drive up boxes here quite a few times now. I dropped 2 packages off at the large drive up boxes near the beginning of Oct and both packages disappeared, neither one was scanned in. I've had one other package that I know of that was NOT scanned in until it reached its destination someone not doing their job? I'm still trying to deal with USPS "customer service" so that MY customers don't have to deal with their headache, but after being so easily dismissed by the usps, I have a feeling I'll end up having to refund these orders because they were never scanned in. Really frustrating and inconvenient to not be able to use this drop off box that is right by my house anymore. I do NOT recommend this post office!!

This is the worst post office. This is where our mail comes from. They’re habitually marking packages delivered when they haven’t been. I’ve had to talk to them a few times and nothing changes. We had a great mail man in Mike but then he retired. Just goes to show, no one wants to work anymore. I’ll just blame you all when my medical bills are late.

Brandon the supervisor of this location saved the day! My best friend from another state sent me a personal package and the address wasn’t complete the unit of my apartment was missing due to a miscommunication. I thought the package was lost and I was devastated! But he managed to find the location the carrier dropped it off within my apartment complex. I am forever grateful for him helping me find this package. Thank you Brandon!

Unlike most actual post offices, this one does not have an interior mail drop off slot. Tired of having had payment letters get stolen from exterior mail boxes, I only drop off mail if an inside slot is available. If you feel the same, skip this location.

I have never had problems with packages being delivered until recently! Everytime it states my package will be here they don't deliver it and when they finally decide to it's always 2-3days past the delivery day. I am starting to file complaints because it seems they're too lazy to do their jobs!! It's not that hard to deliver a small package every now and then!! Get it together smh!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Worst shipping company in the country. This postal office shouldn't even exist. Getting packages from them is a nightmare. Use any other service if at all possible. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
