US Post Office

Lines and wait times are going to be expected at the post office , but this location never has it in gear. Sometimes all 1-3 employees working the front desk all abandon their post's all at the same time. Blows my mind. If youre local post office is closer than the main one i would recommend using it.

I’ve been waiting for a package that was overnight from Hilton Head. It has been sitting at the Columbia SC sorting center for 3 nights!!! This package was time sensitive. I would have not overnight it and paid for it if I didn’t need to. Terrible service!!

can I give zero stars? They don't answer the phone to ask a question about a package that shows received at their location pending acceptance 7 business days ago at 29201 and it has yet to be accepted and delivered to my home address at 29036. how can I get an answer.

This post office is amazing. I haven't had any issues with this place. They make sure my packages and mail are delivered on time and safe.
