US Post Office

I've had multiple problems with this post office for the year I've lived in this zip code. The workers are lazy rude and are horrible with customer service. Finally whoever delivers the mail too the quail run apartments must not have graduated from high school cause they put mail in the wrong boxs multiple times.

Had my most pleasant visit at a USPS Columbia, SC location here yesterday. I came in 5 minutes before closing. I needed to buy stamps for wedding invitations. They took the time to search the store for event appropriate stamps and get me exactly want I needed to mail invitations and RSVPs.

Horrible customer service with zero sense of urgency. Every time I HAVE to come here because the mailman failed to deliver, it has been a frustrating experience.

This post office used to be a miserable place to go, but huge changes have been made. Now it is a pleasure to go there. Helpful, friendly, efficient staff, even during covid.

Very late mail delivery or no mail delivered at all. Neighbor are having same problems

The lady behind the desk was very rude and snappy. I would rather drive across town than ship a package from this location

The mailperson hasn't ran on Ranchero Dr today. That's very unusual for the mailperson.
