US Post Office

I just call that post office abt my check I have not receive yet for abt 2 weeks and that chick just answer the phone was so rude I think the hold crew need to be gone those are some rude and nasty people that work in that place

Mail carrier to Hunt Club Road is very Unprofessional. Loud and rude. Claims to be a veteran but doesn’t understand simple neighborly standards. Rude to children, and thinks she’s right.

COULD NOT FIND OUR MAIL BOX IF IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET, NOTHING TO DO WITH COVID YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS. THE LARGE SIGN ON THE MAIL BOX THAT YOU PUT OUR MAIL IN GIVING YOU DIRECTIONS TO OUR MAIL BOX DID NOT HELP, OUR MAIL BOX IS ONLY FIFTY FEET AWAY. PLEASE READ AND LOOK.

They are rude, I went to help a person who did not speak English and they only allowed 5 people inside, so there were only 5 with me, the person who was attending took me out leaving the person who did not speak English alone. It was very stupid

Got here around 5pm and they were serving the last three customers on the line. Used the self-service kiosk to get an international postage stamp. Worked well.

Customer service lacks. Staff are rude and inconsistent with their policies the times I have been there. I definitely prefer the other post offices in the area but it’s a shame I have to travel further because of rude staff.

In my profession I mail lots of mailers to my clients. It is always great when the people on the other end of helping me get this done are as friendly and efficient as possible... Even in the busiest of times. Thanks so much Victoria for being professional, and pleasant.

Been holding on the ph for @ 1hr to find out where is my package that they said was delivered 4 days ago. This is the 3rd occurrence where I haven't received a delivery & can never get someone on the line.
